EARSC is a trade association (non-profit Belgian company), founded in 1989, which represents European companies covering the full value chain from data to information and including infrastructure. Our focus is on remote sensing from space-based platforms (satellites) but we also have members which are aircraft and RPAS operators. Concept of a European Marketplace Build a European Platform for EO Services around which to organise a coherent and efficient offer to a global market. Platform needs 2 elements: 1.An infrastructure / platform to give access to data and users access to products (EO Innovation Europe is one element) 2.An organisation / Marketplace to ensure that users needs are met. EARSC propose to create a Marketplace Alliance for EO Services.
