Presentation transcript:

Remember when putting labels on something was simple ?

With all our responsibilities, hard work etc… When did it get so complicated ?

More importantly …. WHY did it get so complicated ?

Sensors needed to be moved When labels were changed When product differed When speed was variable

REALLY !!! Well not with us they don’t

Servo motor driven with encoder That means… Change product, labels or speeds All motorized components follow with Complete synchronization

Power of Recipes That means: Perform your physical set up… ONCE Read values off of every scale Enter values into touch screen Set the label to exact position on product at crawl speed Enter product name, press SAVE ! Now speed it up to desired througput !!!

Never, EVER move the sensors Enter value of label position on product Enter the label flagging desired Simply by measuring what you want

Wanna add new containers ? Touch the recipe menu, create a new one. Name it save it and press START EASY..No?

CO-Packing? How’s about a built-in batch counter that either sounds a warning signal, lights a witness lamp on the tower or flat out stops when your count is acheived. SIMPLE …NO? No one ever needs to count batches again.

Missing label from roll ? The labeler will compensate by speeding up to next label in the same time frame as it sees the GAP. You’ll never see a double firing on a product again.

Diagnostics ? No techs required, the HMI diagnostics screen lets you see the sensor triggers without following wires into electrical box

PARTS ? We use all non-proprietary components Parts are available worldwide You’re never enslaved by manufacturer Recommended Spare parts kit =
