2. Recognising & responding to Jesus a.Rejection of Jesus 1. Rejecting his authority – 11: Refusing the truth – 12: Pharisees & Herodians – 12:13f a. Failure to honour the authorities b. Failed to give themselves to God - Sadducees – 12:18-27 Ignorant about Heaven, the Bible & God’s power.
