Shopping patterns have Changed. What impact do retail outlets have on local people and Shops? 80% of us live in urban areas. How can we influence planning decisions? The big picture. How can images from space help us plan for the future? Tourism is big business. What effect does it have on the environment? Rainforests are under threat. What will happen to our climate if they are destroyed? Natural forces are immensely powerful. Why do volcanoes happen in some places and not in others? Moving people and goods from place to place. How might traffic change in the future?
