Croatia  Communicated on  The applicants complain, under Article 6 of the Convention, about the inability to enforce a final judgment in their favour.  They also complain, under Article 8 of the Convention, about the failure of the State to enforce the payment of maintenance instalments for children.  Finally, they complain under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention, about the failure of the State to protect their proprietary interests.
