Good to Great (Jim Collins) 1) Get the right people on the bus. 2) Confront the brutal facts. 3) Simplicity and Focus. 4) Culture of Discipline. 5) Turning the Flywheel. 6) Use technology as an accelerator.

Good to Great (Jim Collins)  1) Get the right people on the bus. Great Vision without  Great People is irrelevant. Get the right people on the bus and also in the right seats. Great people on the bus find the Vision.

Good to Great (Jim Collins) 2) Confront the brutal facts. Look at data that defines our current reality.    No matte r how brutal the facts are, never lose faith that we can go from good to great. Good is the enemy of great.

Good to Great (Jim Collins) 3) Simplicity 0f Focus. What is it that we are passionate about? What is it at which we want to be great? What is it at which we can be great?

Good to Great (Jim Collins) 4) Culture of Discipline. Stay focused on our passion. Do away with things that take us off focus. Disciplined people, disciplined thought, disciplined action.

Good to Great (Jim Collins) 5) Turning the Flywheel. No one single change or  miracle moment gets us to great. Gain momentum through dedicated and focused work.

Good to Great (Jim Collins)   6) Use technology as an accelerator. How can we use technology to support and enhance what we are passionate about?
