«Korosten MDF Plant» is: Capacity is 900 M3 of MDF and HDF boards per day, equivalent to annual capacity of 300 000 M3 Opening date: 2011. Minimum investments: 150 million euros. The factory area: 70 hectares. Number of workers: 400. Plant with introduced an integrated Management System in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Laminating line Wemhoner Production of plates Siempelkamp Line cutting laminate Homag The additional accessorize is also carried out by Siempelkamp Company with application of equipment of such giants as Metso, Buttner and others. The ContiRoll press has been installed, length 35.4 meters. This press construction allows to carry out a press procedure continuously with pressure distribution at press`s length as well as across the width, and as a result it leads to the capacity growth, and the reduction of raw materials consumption and high quality products.

Characteristics of MDF boards - MDF boards laminated and sanded; - With one-sided and double-sided lamination; - With a standard density of 730 - 880 kg / m3 - The order with a density of 900 kg / m3 -Thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm, it is fully compliant with the European standard EN622-5 with formaldehyde, a Class E1 toxicity. Characteristics of of laminate flooring Laminate floor class 32 / AC4; Dimensions: 1380h191h 8 mm. Dimensions: 1292h191h 8 mm. Laminate Floor 33 class / AC5; Dimensions: 1380h191h 10 mm. The density of the HDF-boards for AS4 / AC5 from 880kg / m3, Plate meets all the requirements of European standard E1 corresponding class of toxicity. The patented Uniclic locking system

Features production Working 24 hours per day. Key strength of "Korostensky MDF plant ” is a high quality and natural raw materials. For the production we use only living forest softwood and we don’t use wood waste. After all stages of production, we pack products to the warehouse, with a total area of 32,500 square meters. The finished product at this stage goes to dealers and by car, rail and containers. In 2014 Korosten MDF has mastered its products production - moisture resistant MDF (HLS), which meets all the required European standards Thickness: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm.

Sales Geography "Korostensky MDF plant", sells its products in Ukraine and in 15 countries around the world. Laminate flooring can be purchased in countries such as: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Tunisia.
