Full time faculty: C-13 $95,655 x 1% = $956.55per year = $79.71 per month. Part time faculty: Greater of: Gross pay x 1% (max not exceeding full time dues of $79.71 per month) OR $5 per pay period

Proposal to change current system:  Do not base dues on a grid level  For full time and part-time: Dues be based on Gross Pay x 1% Impact:  Given average salary of approx $95,000/year dues will be approx. $950/year ($79 to $80/month).  Dues remain at current level  If salary < $95,000/year: results in a decrease in dues  If salary > $95,000/year: results in an increase in dues  Dues based on gross pay makes it an equitable system
