DAILY REPORT 4-TH DECEMBER Made by Cristina and Borislava

MORNING SESSION Good thing is that we began the day with a coffee break. Bad thing is that it was 8.30 a.m. Yvonne was our trainer for the second day. We spoke about the women rights and employment. It appear that in our countries this issue is not of a great priority.

MORNING SESSION - CONTINUATION So Freek shared with us his experience on gender equality. Also Funki made important conclusions regarding that issue and we understood that in Azerbaijan women have to get married to have a shop of their own or to be a housewife.

AFTER LUNCH SESSION We started to talk about the national action plans and discuss how we can find the right direction to make a fruitful project. We were split in two groups in order to share our views. After that we went in the computer room, where we tried to reach some conclusion. Unfortunately when we arrived in the class room we realized that nothing would come out of us.

Freek understood the sad situation. We realized that the only option we have is that we have to do it. The afternoon started with a second session of brain storming. Some of us felt afraid of being fired after presenting national plan of action to our bosses.

All of a sadden some of us remember that we have a computer lesson. Enrico came and finally we had the computer lesson. We negotiated to have 30 minutes class which finally prolonged up to more than one hour. We found out how BIG the ILO and ACTRAV world is.

We finished the beautiful and the hardest day with the final session of brain storming. We decided to let Feek to make the conclusions and went to bed after midnight. Being the last report we wish you all beautiful life.
