New dynasty comes to power with support of the people and the Mandate of Heaven. The dynasty ages and becomes corrupt, raises taxes and oppression. Possibly natural disasters occur.

Summary Overall the Chinese of the Huang He civilization was one of the most advanced civilizations of it’s time period. The invented many items still used today such as the water wheel, silk, and paper. The were the first to have a dynasty for government.
