Overview and Key policy instruments Provides an overview of the work and deliverables developed by the OECD under the Trust Fund Three booklets present the main policy instruments developed by the OECD/INFE under the Trust Fund:  Part 1 : Framework: national strategies principles  Part 2 : Addressing youth and women’s needs : Guidelines and policy guidance  Part 3: Tools to measure financial literacy and evaluate programmes
