Physical Health The Physical dimension of health promotes taking care of your body Optimal physical health is attained through: Exercise – min everyday Eating a well balanced diet Sleeping – 8-9 hours/night Knowing and practicing good grooming habits NOT using Alcohol, Tobacco & Drugs Paying attention to the signs and symptoms of disease and seeking treatment when needed.

The Mental dimension of Health is influenced by your Emotions and Intellectual lives. Self-acceptance and self-confidence are essential components You feel good about who you are You are happy most of the time Ability to share your feelings with others Recognizing our problems and the ability to find solutions It is impossible to stop emotions from happening, so being able to cope effectively and in healthy ways is of great importance. Be creative, curious and never stop learning Mental Health
