Yearbook The yearbook is in need of fall sports pictures. They have very few.
COMMUNITY YOUTH FOUNDATIONS Winter coat drive is up and running! Bring any new or used coats, hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves to support and benefit the youth and families of Muskingum county. Clothing and monetary donations accepted through Friday, November 13th and the clothing bin is in the commons, directly outside the library.
Mid-East Permission slips for the Mid-East field trip for sophomores are due to student services by next Friday(Nov.13)
Band The band competed in their 34th OMEA State Marching Band Finals at Hilliard Bradley Stadium. The marching Scotties received an overall “Excellent” rating at State Finals. Congratulations!
Volleyball The Volleyball banquet will be Tuesday, November 10th (TODAY) at 6:30pm. Flyers can be picked up in the office or girls locker room.
Ruriteen Ruriteen will be collecting money from now until November 12th for breast cancer awareness. The money will be going to someone in the area that is currently going through treatments to defray costs. Students can buy ribbons for a dollar a piece and if a student buys five of them or donates five dollars to the cost, they will be able to spend 7th and 8th period on November 13th outside walking to show support. Please give all money to your homeroom teachers.
Archery There will be a parent meeting on Wednesday, November the 11th in the high school caratorium. Times are 6:00 p.m for the elementary (grades 4-5). The meeting for the middle school and high school will be from 7:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m. Registration will be dollars and registration packets are available on the Tri-Valley website. Flyers are in the office
A Cappella Club Will meet today at 3:00 in room D7. Bring your signed contract if you have not turned it in.
Drama Club There will be a drama club meeting in room T-10 after school Tuesday Nov. 10. (TODAY) Anyone is welcome.
Muskingum County Youth Foundation A representative will be here on Tuesday, Nov. 12 to speak with seniors about how to search and apply for scholarships. She will be here periods 4, 6, 7, and 8. If you are interested please sign up in Student Services.
Winter Guard Clinics Any student interested in joining the Tri-Valley Winter Guard, the clinics will begin November 17th from 4pm - 6pm in the high school cafeteria. Everyone that attends will be given additional information on clinic dates and tryout requirements.
Animal Shelter Donate $2 on the stage during lunches to get a chance to win a 32’’ TV! All proceeds go to assist local animal shelters.
