Will the customer’s renewal SRP price change next year? Answer  No, the new SRP pricing is not temporary. The pricing represents the new SRP pricing for PrDS effective March 28, 2014.** Currently there are no plans to increase SRP pricing next year. 2. Will customers see price increases next year?

Answer  All PrDS Standard customers should be encouraged to get current on Maintenance Subscription by April 16, 2014 to be fulfilled with PrDS Premium 2015 at no additional cost for the remainder of their term. Those customers will renew PrDS Premium 2015 at the price of PrDS Premium Maintenance Subscription.  Customers will be able to renew PrDS Standard 2014 through May 6, 2014*. After that, PrDS Standard will be discontinued, and customers not on Maintenance Subscription will need to upgrade to PrDS Premium 2015 and purchase Maintenance Subscription (optional) to access a similar product set. 3. What are the options for customers with PrDS Standard 2014?

Question  A customer would like to order a new Product Design Suite Premium / Ultimate 2014 incl. Maintenance Subscription before the April 16 th migration date. Answer  All PrDS 2014 offerings can only be sold until May 6,  For Maintenance Subscription for PrDS Premium 2014 customers will have to pay $800.  For Maintenance Subscription incl. Advanced Support for PrDS Ultimate 2014 they will have to pay $1685.  On April 16, 2014 customers with PrDS Premium 2014 on Maintenance Subscription will upgrade to PrDS Ultimate 2015, and PrDS Ultimate 2014 will be migrated to PrDS Ultimate 2015.

Answer  On April 16, 2014 PrDS Standard 2014 customers who were on Maintenance Subscription will be upgraded to PrDS Premium 2015 and PrDS Premium and Ultimate 2014 will be upgraded to PrDS Ultimate  For Maintenance Subscription for PrDS Premium 2015 customers will have to pay $800.  For Maintenance Subscription incl. Advanced Support for PrDS Ultimate 2014 they will have to pay $1685; without Advanced Support $1125.

Will this customer still receive PrDS Premium, or will they stay on PrDS Standard, which is being discontinued? Answer  All PrDS customers should be encouraged to get current on Maintenance Subscription before the April 16 th migration.  After April 16, 2014 customers who upgrade to (or renew) PrDS Standard 2014 will be migrated to PrDS Premium 2015 through May 6,  PrDS Premium 2014 customers who late renew after April 16 th will be migrated to PrDS Ultimate 2015 on a monthly basis throughout the year. 5. Will a customer who upgraded to PrDS Standard or Premium after April 16, 2014 still be fulfilled with 2015?

Answer  For PrDS Ultimate customers on Maintenance Subscription with Advanced Support, their price will remain the same in FY15. In FY16, the price of Maintenance Subscription with Advanced Support will increase slightly.  While it is not encouraged, PrDS Ultimate customers with Advanced Support can decide not to renew Advanced Support and purchase Basic Support when their existing contract comes up for renewal.  Highlighted in yellow (on the next slide) is the path an Ultimate customer with Advanced Support will take to stay on Advanced Support. Is this supported? Answer  Yes. Can a customer who is fulfilled with 2015 use 2014 (Previous Version) products?

How can the customer get access to the 2015 versions of Showcase and/or Alias Design? Answer  Showcase 2015 will be made available for both Product Design Suites Premium and Ultimate 2015 editions and will check for appropriate licensing  Alias Design 2015 will be made available for Product Design Suite Ultimate 2015 only and will check for a Ultimate license to run  Both products will be available on the product download page for all PrDS 2015 customers to download and install; the product download page can be accessed from both Subscription center (Maintenance subscribers) as well as Autodesk Account (for Desktop subscribers and non-subscribers)  A customer does not need to be on Subs to download or install, but they will need a valid Product Design Suites 2015 license to run  Both products will show-up under the Product Design Suites 2015 bucket on the download page  Once each product is downloaded and installed, the customer will need to enter a valid Product Design Suites 2015 license to use the product 8. How can a customer get the new Showcase, Alias Design, Mudbox or SketchBook Designer?

How can the customer get access to the 2015 versions of Mudbox and/or Sketchbook Designer? Answer  From May 7 th –Nov 6 th, 2014, customers on Maintenance Subscription will be offered a promotion to purchase the following 2015 products for the price of Maintenance Subscription only (GRPs):  Mudbox $75  Sketchbook Pro $30 (replacement for SketchBook Designer*) 8. How can a customer get the new Showcase, Alias Design, Mudbox or SketchBook Designer?

Answer  Given the packaging changes, only PrDS Ultimate Desktop Subscription customers will automatically receive the new PrDS 2015 release. PrDS Standard and Premium customers will choose when they move to 2015 by purchasing new plans for the 2015 Desktop Subscription at the end of their current term.  Customers have been communicated the options listed on the next slide 9. Will Desktop Subscription customers be fulfilled with PrDS 2015?

If you purchased on the Autodesk Store, you will first need to stop auto-renewal for your 2014 plan, then start the new 2015 plan.  If you purchased a Product Design Suite Standard annual plan, you have the option to contact your Authorized Autodesk reseller to cancel your current agreement and start a new agreement on Product Design Suite Premium 2015, at no charge for the remaining period of time in your current term. Alternatively, you can choose to stay on 2014 until the end of your current term.  If you purchased a Product Design Suite Premium monthly or quarterly plan, you can start a new Product Design Suite Ultimate 2015 plan after your current term ends.
