Chapter "FISHBOWL". Twice a year, once in the fall prior to IOL and again in the spring prior to Congress, a name is picked from the fish bowl & the winner receives money (whatever early-bird registration is) to be used for a nursing conference or towards the nurse's education. This year, an additional two names will be picked from the "FISHBOWL" and those lucky winners will be going to the Best of ONS.
