To print a presentation you have to choose a page layout. PowerPoint has several different layouts for printing your slides: Slides Handouts - 1 to 9 slides per page Choices are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 Notes Pages Outline

Many ways to print out a presentation The choice depends on the readability of the slides in smaller print and the intended use of the handouts.
