Management Plan Describe the adequacy of the management plan to achieve the objectives of the proposed project: On time and within budget Include clearly defined responsibilities, timelines, and benchmarks for accomplishing the project tasks.

Management Plan Goals, objectives, and outcomes should be clearly specified and measurable. Specifically describe how the proposed project will address the needs of the target population. Describe linkages to other agencies serving the target population.
