Event Description:- This event tests the candidate’s capability of finding solutions to a problem which arises in his profession or tackling a given situation and convincing human resource. It comprises of two round. PRELIMS : Case Study Analysis MAINS : Role Play based on the situation given by the organizers No. of Participants: 4 Time: 5 Mins

Event Description:- This is a Group Discussion event where the participants have to share their views on the given topic by the organizers. This event comprises of two rounds (Prelims and Mains). PRELIMS: Group discussion on the topic given by the organizers. MAINS: Group discussion on the case study related to management give by the organizers. No. of Participants: 1

Event Description:- This is an event to test the participant’s awareness about “Derivatives Market”. The participants should have the ability to “strike the right cord” on the spot. This game comprises of two rounds. No. of Participants: 3

PRELIMS: In this round, the participants will have to answer 50 questions in 20 mins. The short listed will be in the Finals. MAINS: In this round, the organizers will give the market price of shares of some companies and their option premium. The participants have to decide whether to exercise “buying or selling the share with in 2 mins” and also strike the price. Later we will analyze their profits according to the trading done and the team with max profit wins the game.

Event Description:- This is an entrepreneurship event. Participant should possess originality, creativity, planning, and strategy related to their dream business. No. of Participants: 3 Time: 10 Mins

The summary of the plan should be drawn by the participants which must be unique, innovative and feasible and the participants, shouldn’t be employed currently in any industry. The content can include graphs, charts, name of the bizz, underlying technology, idea, and explanation of the bizz, swot analysis, financial plan HR need & marketing strategies. Here the participants have to give a ppt presentation for 8 mins followed by 2mins of Q&A session.

Event Description:- This event is for the market movers who can accelerate the business with strong foundation. It tests the convincing skills of the candidate. It comprises of 3 rounds which mainly focuses on advertising, and the participant’s ability to sell the refrigerator to the Eskimo. No. of Participants: 3

The event comprises of 3 rounds. ROUND 1: SALES PROMOTION In this round, the participants can select their individual product which does not exist in the market and they should prepare promotional strategies for their product keeping in view the product’s nature, target customers and benefits to the customers. The promotional strategy should be logical and relevant to the product selected. Time: 2mins ROUND 2: BRAND REPOSITIONING In this round, the participants can select a product/service (not existed) of their choice and show the present brand positioning of the product/service and then the brand must be repositioned on certain logical and relevant reasons. Presentations should be through videos/PPT.Time: 3mins

ROUND 3:IMC (INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION) In this round, the organizers to the particular team will give the product and the team should promote the given product by using all the relevant possible promotional tools and should present in one video clip. Time: 3mins RULES: Product is of participant’s choice for first two rounds. Every team consists of 3 members only. Duration for presentation is 2 min/team All the presentations should be in the form of video clips.

Event Description:- This event is to test the participants awareness of life style of celebrities(Ex: Politicians, Brand Ambassadors, Business men, Sports men) and their strategical moves that leads them to success in their lives. This event comprises of 2 rounds. No.of Participants: 1

Event Description:- This is a Quiz event where the participants have to face the questions ranging from corporate to general affairs. The event comprises of two rounds. PRELIMS: Written test MAINS: Quiz No. of Participants : 3

Event Description:- This event is to identity the painting skills of the participant. PRELIMS: The participant should bring his/her own picture on the theme “MOTHER – AN EFFICIENT MANAGER” No. of participants: 1
