Tier 2 readiness & implementation (Fall 2012).  CICO Students – Attendance – 85% target students participate daily 1 mentor Checks-in & Checks-out Strong in relationship and student-centered approach Data collection and progress monitoring Goal-setting and self-advocacy Value added incentives
