FEEDBACK RECEIVED FROM THE 2014 ENHANCEMENTS Mostly positive and seen as a big improvement on the previous system but: Wanted the booking process for end users to be simplified Guest information recorded when tickets booked by end users The ability for a website officer to add non-members to events The tick list to be made more intuitive
WHAT THE IMECHE PROVIDED For users: -A simpler online booking process -Account creation/login that is fully integrated with the ‘checkout’ process -Ability to book tickets for other people without having to book a ticket for themselves -An automatic reminder sent to an attendee two days before the event they have registered for -Users can now add themselves to a reserve list for events that have been fully booked
WHAT THE IMECHE PROVIDED For website officers: -The ability to add custom fields to the event registration process -The ability to add a maximum number of tickets for an event and for these to be displayed on Near You -The option to automatically notify the event delegates of changes to an event and distribute new tickets via -Information about all event delegates (including guests) added to the events’ attendee list, so that the website officers can download and print it if required -The ability to re-send confirmation and ticket s (individual and in bulk) from the ‘attendee list’ screen. -The ability to manually add attendees (members and non-members) to events
