 Hexagons have 6 sides and 6 angles and vertices.

 Triangles have three angles and vertices and three sides.

Squares have 4 sides and 4 angles. There are a lot of sizes of squares.

 A trapezoid looks like half of a hexagon but has 4 sides not 6.

 A pentagon has 5 sides and angles and vertices.

 Rectangles are like squares mixed together. They’re long but their sides are not even but have 4 sides.

Quadrilaterals have the same angles and sides and vertices but they are different shapes.

 A rhombus is like a square. It has 4 sides and 4 angles.
