 All inter-site communications are carried out over a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN.)  We will install a firewall and remote access solutions, at no extra cost, this will help to protect you from hackers. It will also be possible for employees to work remotely through this whilst still maintain complete access to s and/or files.  We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our emergency number*  We will also install a server management system which is able to monitor the activity of your server and alerts is when it is approaching high capacity.  All data is backed up every evening, to ensure that there is always a second copy, kept in a safe location, should you need it. * Should this service be required.
