Echocardiography with Doppler color-flow mapping of infant at 4 months with anomalous in apical four-chamber view showed multiple intercoronary collateral vessels within the ventricular septum. IC: intercoronary collateral vessels; LA:left atrium; LV:left ventricle; RA:right atrium; RV:right ventricle

The cardiac angiography with selective injection into the right coronary artery shows retrograde filling of the left anterior descending and circumflex arteries through collaterals with the right coronary artery. The left coronary system then drains into pulmonary artery. IC, intercoronary collaterals; LCA, left coronary artery; PA, pulmonary artery; RCA, right coronary artery.

Ao RV RCA 2-D echocardiogram of 5 year old boy with kawasaki disease in parasternal short axis view showed dilatation of right coronary artery ( cm). Ao: aorta; RCA:right coronary artery, RV: right ventricle
