Forms available.  WSP (1 April 2005 – 31 March 2006): due 30 June Forms not yet available, awaiting funding regulations finalisation from DoL.  According to draft funding regulations:  ATR 2004/5: 45% of SDL (due 30 June 2005)  WSP 2005/6: 50% of SDL, paid quarterly (due 30 June 2005 with FSA, 30 September 2005 independently)  ATR 2005/6 combined with WSP 2006/7: 50% of SDL (due 30 June 2006), paid quarterly.
