Agenda Round Table Project Goals/Priorities Management documents & structure Agreement Document Responsibilities Time-Line Deliverables (also in technical context) Budget and required formalities Technical Details (mostly on Thursday) Tasks for the next few months

CELESTA Team Anne-Sophie: payload engineer, mission operation Raffaello: RM hardware and payload integration Paul: Payload technical responsible Ruben: component/effect specialist Adam: Monte-Carlo calculations / radiation environment Julien: CHARM responsible Mathieu: CSU cubeSat platform responsible Muriel: CSU project management & RHA Laurent: Head of Montpellier Space Centre Enrico: CERN KT fund responsible Markus: CERN R2E responsible

CELESTA Targets/Objectives Mission: demonstrate the equivalence between CHARM and LEO environment Objectives: Technology demonstration: Radmon cube-sat module Validation of new cubeSat platform cubeSat communication station at CHARM Scientific: SEE energy dependency and relevance for LEO mssions Criteria of success: Full success: statistically meaningful results for SEE measurements and full coverage of RadMon dosimetry Partial successful: Radmon functionality proven but limited statistics

Paul: Technical Requirements Bus and interface payload/control/power Connectors Integration Available space Possibility of mezzanine card Integration test and assembly

Enrico: Comments Satellite hardware Ground station Deliverable table for addendum document Other documents “Satellite User Manual” “Launcher interface document” Scientific publications – IP questions Previous mission results/expertise/feedback

Raffaello: Comments ADC dies at 200 Gy, possibility to insert a mezzanine board? Communication between Payload and OBDH. The board power management is still the same? Reduction of the payload the power consumption. SEL candidates. The Brilliance is still the best candidate. The Board size will be readjusted Discussion on Data transmission rate Temperature compensation of the RadFet

Urgent Actions Decision on review requirements/follow-ups of platform [Enrico, Muriel] -> ok, -> to be defined as review members Iteration of missing items of addendum document [Muriel, Markus] Final iteration prior transmission to legal service [Enrico] CERN accounts for Muriel, Matthieu and Laurent [Raffaello]

General Actions Quantification and details concerning success criteria Data of flight platform (incl. criteria) [Matthieu, Muriel] Radmon operation and data taking, RadFet temperature compensation, etc [Raffaello] Statistical requirements for SEE measurements [Anne-Sophie, Ruben] Alignment of requirements with respect to project phases as required for space missions (Phase 0, A-F) Definition of review committee: Montpellier, CERN, ESA, Swiss-Space Common workspace for documents Documentation requirements: CSU templates to be assigned List of documents and naming to be updated to be conform between CERN/CSU Deliverable matrix to be completed including responsibilities logo & communication plan

Technical Actions CERN Ground Station requirement [Enrico, Raffaello, Matthieu] Data volume and format requirement: to be detailed [Anne- Sophie] Check if the AMS ground station can be used for CELESTA [Enrico]
