What You Need To Know

Introduction to Semester Conversion Berkeley College will convert its academic calendar from a quarter system to a semester system in June 2016 An academic year will be comprised of two semesters, rather than three quarters In a calendar year, students will have the ability to take courses over three semesters instead of four quarters

Benefits of Semester Conversion Additional time to complete your coursework and, if necessary, seek the help of professors, tutors and Academic Advisors Complete an Associate's degree in 16 months instead of 18 months and a Bachelor’s degree in 32 months instead of 36 months, if you choose continuous enrollment (no semesters off).
