General Obligations re: CoI Faculty: ◦ Submit annual certification of compliance to school Dean outside professional activities any financial interests in outside entities that they, and their immediate family members have Faculty, Staff, Post-Docs & Students: ◦ Current or prospective situations which may raise questions of conflict of interest sponsored research gifts human subject protocols licensing of intellectual property procurement or other relationships with outside companies. ◦ Made on ad hoc basis to school dean's office as soon as the individual becomes aware of such situations.
