Presentation transcript:

It was a sunny day at Trout Creek School and Maria just got a new, cute, orange kitty. She took the cat to the school for Show-and-Tell to show all her friends.

The big crowd was scaring the little, orange kitty. The little kitty ran out of the school fences and on the dangerous roads.

Through the school fences and across the road, Maria follows the kitty. Before she can stop her, the kitty climbs up a big, nearby tree. The kitty is too scared and doesn’t want to come down.

Soon later, a fire truck came along and a fire man held out his arm for the kitty to come down. Surprisingly, the kitty did not want to come down into his arms.

A friendly neighbor of the school thought maybe he could get the kitty down. He put out his hands for the kitty to climb onto, but the kitty just backed away from him.

It was hopeless, nobody would ever get the kitty down. Oh, how she wished she didn’t even bring the cat to school. Who was ever going to get the kitty down? They’re was only one person who could possibility save the kitty…

It’s alright, I promise no one will hurt you, kitty. Maria looked up to the kitty and promised nobody would hurt her with all her heart. Maria even told the kitty she would give her a very special dinner, fries fish and soft kitty food. Maria gave the kitty a friendly smile and held out her arms…

The kitty looked down at her and jumped into her arms. In her arms, the kitty purred and licked her on her nose a few times. The kitty trusted no one except the one she loved, her owner, Maria.

Thanks for being such a good little buddy Maria!
