 Genuine agreement is also known as a “meeting of the minds”  Without genuine agreement from both sides, the agreement cannot meet the requirements of being a contract, and is thus not enforceable

Do Now What is fraud? How does criminal law deal with fraud? How does contract law deal with fraud? Explain.

Name the two types of mistakes that can be made during the formation of a contract. Describe the difference between the two, and give an example illustrating each situation. Objective: SWBAT discern between unilateral and bilateral mistakes, and the different effect they have on contracts
