My Apartment Ryan Stiles Pd. 2 kila

Apartment Choice The Springs at Silverbell 7759 N Silverbell Rd., Tucson, AZ I chose to live at the luxurious apartment complex called the Springs, located at warm Tucson, Arizona I chose this apartment, because it is right near the college I will be attending, has a big swimming pool, perfect weather, and elegant living.

$Apartment payment$ Me and 2 other roommates would split the rent cost, paying between 240 and 360 a month, based on the apartment size we choose. We will all hold jobs that will easily cover the rent.

Roommates?? Like I stated in the previous slide, I will have 2 other roommates, and we will split all costs equally. If for some reason one of us is late on any payments, someone else in the group will back them up.

Furnishing To furnish this apartment, I will have the carpets professionally clean, and everything else cleaned by hand, I will then proceed to put in new and darker curtains, new sofas, new chairs, and add our own touch to the place, to make it feel like home.

Maintenance and Obligations This apartment, will be treated with nothing but dignity and respect, there will be no smoking, or partying in this apartment. This way there will be no worries about destroying the place. The house will be cleaned once a week by one of us three tenants, in a 3 week rotation.
