Beethoven Crazy, But Musical

Beginning  Van Gogh, Picasso, and so many others are some of the first names that pop up when we say ‘Art’. Art can be paintings, art can be love, art can be even working with tires. But some art was very important in some people’s lives and we changed that art’s name to MUSIC

Birth Beethoven was born in 1770, Bonn, Germany his parents were Johann von Beethoven and Maria Magdalena Këverich.

Life  Beethoven was born in a musical family. At the time Mozart was the big celebrity at the time. When Beethoven proved himself musical many people thought that he would become the next ‘Mozart’. As Beethoven grew up he showed the world a different type of music; instead of beautiful slow-going music Beethoven played what people called ‘Violent and destructive’ music. But now in our era we appreciate what this great man has done to our music.

Music Beethoven made symphonies numbers 1-9, and a few sonatas as well. Beethoven as I said before made loud music that may make you slump down in your chair. And just like most artists Beethoven was rarely appreciated at the time. But I want to show you my personal favorites:  FÜR ELISE  ODE TO JOY

Family  Maria Magdalena Keverich (Mother)  Johann van Beethoven (Father)  Kaspar Anton Karl van Beethoven (Brother)  Nikolaus Johann van Beethoven (Brother)  Maria Magraita van Beethoven (Sister)  Anna Maria Francisca van Beethoven (Sister)  Johann Heinrich Keverich (Grandfather)  Ludwig Maria van Beethoven (sister)  Franz Georg van Beethoven (Brother)  Karl van Beethoven (Nephew)

Friends Ludwig Van Beethoven has had many friends, some include those who have taught him, and those who he has taught. Among some of his friends they include; Prince Lichnowsky, who had welcomed him as a guest of honor in his house. Beethoven also had a few friends as servants, and some say that Ludwig, had made friends, with a horse. A few other more popular friends include: Prince Lobkowits (same age so they became very good friends), Count Moritz (Brother of Prince Lichnowsky), Baron von Gleichensten.

Death Beethoven died on March 26 th, 1827, Vienna, Austria. Ludwig van Beethoven died on the night of a thunderstorm, and according to Anslem Hüttenbrenner, “Thunder sounded the moment Beethoven died.” Ludwig van Beethoven was found to have a damaged liver (From consumption of to much alcohol), but the actual death of Beethoven is debated about. Some say that he died ofalcoholic cirrhosis, syphilis, infectious hepatitis, lead poisoning, sarcodisos, and Whipple’s disease. “Applause my friends. The comedy is over.” Words of Ludwig Van Beethoven before he died.

On to his Music! The truly exciting part of the man
