What do Super Users do? Register members on behalf of their Trust Help champion eWIN within their Trust Encourage people to submit knowledge exchange documents and case studies Act as key points of contact Communicate with eWIN to improve the functionality of the site for all members Role of Super Users
Super Users have the ability to: Accept/Decline New Users Control the level of access individual users have to; benchmarking, knowledge exchange and the forums Communicate with one another on the eWIN forum to share ideas/seek advice Administration Area
You will receive an once someone registers for an account To approve/reject their request, sign into eWIN, click on your own name and go into pending registrations From here you can grant different levels of access Clicking approve will automatically send them an with their username and password. Clicking Reject will send them an advising them that their registration request has been denied. It will also provide your address Pending Registration Page
Why doesn’t everyone get full access? eWIN contains sensitive information, particularly within benchmarking. Therefore access should be restricted where appropriate. How do you determine individual levels of access? Look at the person’s address. Use your judgment,based upon why users have stated that they need access Seek further advice from the eWIN team if you are unsure Levels of Access
Existing Users Page The Existing users page lists all users within your organisation. From here you can modify :- Levels of access addresses Job titles
Removing Users To remove a user from eWIN or to transfer them to another organisation please with Full Name Username ( address) It is important that you do this, to avoid your Trust having low usage in comparison to falsely high membership.
