Sex Education Classes Questionnaire: includes sex, age, ethnic background, how long they have been having sex, and if they use contraception. Each year after sex education class is complete calculate the number of teen pregnancies in Oceana school district. Reaching Out Check-up appointment 3 months afterwards: includes questions on the use of drugs/alcohol, if safe sex practices are performed, and if birth control is being used effectively. After 3 months the answers should be related to knowledge about the consequences of alcohol/drug use, and positive feedback on safe sex practices and the use of birth control.
