Select reports beginning with “PALT…” PALT Reports

The “PALT Mapping Activity and Partners Report” reflects PALT data contained in the “County Mapping Activities” and “Activity Groupings” tabs of the PALT Tool. Group IDs and counties / Special Projects may be listed multiple times in this report if a county has multiple Group IDs associate with it, and vice-versa. Total Planned Cost values listed here come from the “County Mapping Activities” tab (ultimately, from the Sequencing Tool). Mapping Activity and Partners - LEFT PALT Reports – Mapping Activity and Partners

The Activity Description and Mapping Partner associated with each Group ID – county/Special Project pair is listed here. Each Activity Cost listed is associated with a particular Activity, with a particular Mapping Partner, with a particular Group ID, with a particular county/Special Project. The Activity Cost is the value PALT users enter within the County Mapping Activities tab for a particular county/Special Project. Mapping Activity and Partners - RIGHT PALT Reports – Mapping Activity and Partners

The PALT Planned and Due Dates report contains data found in the “Activity Groupings” tab and the “Schedule & Record Committed Funds” tab. Each Group ID is listed only once. The Group ID Total Planned Cost is displayed to provide a point of comparison with the Actual Obligated Cost associated with that Group ID. In this report, the Group ID Total Planned Cost comes from the user-entered PALT values (the sum of the planned costs for all the activities associated with a particular Group ID). Planned and Due Dates - LEFT PALT Reports – Planned and Due Dates

Within the Planned and Due Dates Report, the Actual Obligated Cost associated with a Group ID is pulled from the “Schedule & Record Committed Funds” tab and is used as a point of comparison with the Group ID Total Planned Cost. Planned and Due Dates – RIGHT PALT Reports – Planned and Due Dates

The PALT Map Modernization and Management Support (MMMS) report contains data found in the “Activity Groupings” tab and the “Schedule & Record Committed Funds” tab. Each Group ID is listed only once. The Group ID Total Planned Cost (here called “MMMS Total Planned Cost”) is displayed to provide a point of comparison with the Actual Obligated Cost associated with that Group ID. Note that the MMMS report shows similar information to the Planned and Due Dates report. No MMMS Group IDs show up on the Planned and Due Dates report; likewise, no non-MMMS Group IDs show up on the MMMMS report. In this report, the MMMS Total Planned Cost comes from the user-entered PALT values (the sum of the planned costs for all the activities associated with a particular Group ID). MMMS - LEFT PALT Reports – MMMS

Within the MMMS Report, the Actual Obligated Cost associated with a Group ID is pulled from the “Schedule & Record Committed Funds” tab and is used as a point of comparison with the Group ID Total Planned Cost. MMMS – RIGHT PALT Reports – MMMS

The Actions over $250,000 report counts how many Group IDs have a Total Planned Cost over $250,000. This information is grouped by Mapping Partner type. PALT Reports – Actions over $250,000

In this example, Region 2 has a Group ID with a Total Planned Cost > $250K. For this reason, this Group ID is counted in the $250K report. Note that a Mapping Partner may be counted multiple times if they have multiple Group IDs with a Total Planned Cost > $250K. PALT Reports – Actions over $250,000
