HOW I BECAME A COMPUTER SCIENCES STUDENT BY LN SAMBO

I believe that life is a journey which is filled with surprises and requires each and every individual to take a tour around it. Life gave me the opportunity of exploring the IT world which certainly does not have limits of any circumstances. It all began in the year 2000 when we bought our first computer at home. The setup was nothing much as from today it was basically a CRT monitor and a tower. MY JOURNEY

My first desktop was simply running on a windows 98 operating system which was still a hit in those days. The GUI was not so much fantastic to what we have of today.

What inspired me in becoming an Computer Science student was when I played my first computer game which was Super Mario Original a true classic. I was so amused about how one can create a world in which one can interact with a device. GAMING EXPERIENCE

In 2002 the Windows XP evolved which was a hit. It had a wider range and a couple of more things to play around with. It basically had true gamers GUI everything was just too perfect. It was the first operating system which came up with the plug and play feature it didn’t require any software installation discs for most used hardware e.g. printers, flash disks, mouse and joy pads. THE WINDOWS XP

My passion for computers grew more when I got to high school where I got the opportunity of to study Computer Application Technology (CAT). It gave me a good perspective based on a wider range of what a computer is can really do more than just playing games. That’s when I even got to explore the internet.

Through my high school knowledge studies I interacted with virus due to the high exchange of files using the flash disks I encounter some virus to name a few Trojan Horse, WJeefo32.

In my last two years in high school I so fell inspired based on playing too much video games. It left me with a question mark like if one can do it what can stop me from creating my own. It made me think a lot like I should try creating my own game so the spark as a young boy for one day playing my own creation grew in me to this day.

The passion of living with no limits never stopped so I decided to enrol as a Bsc Computer Sciences student. In enrolling in this field I want to complete my dream of creating my own Game in some certain stage of my life…
