HR Challenges for the Tourism Industry MTAC and MTA are working to develop a long-term holistic human resource development plan for the tourism industry. Long-Term objective (target 2012) is to have a strong, well regulated and profitable tourism industry, staffed by competent and motivated personnel; confident and secure within their choice of career.
