Mentally Healthy People tend to be I’m All that Stuff! YEA ME!! friendly, optimistic, and loving. They are also able to be assertive, laugh at themselves, try new experiences and strive to do the best they can. What else is important for mental health? Does it mean they will be all those things Daily??

There are a few ways Heredity Some are just born with shyness or angry  Environment Most of you act how the people around you do. You’re molded from the people around you while growing up. Peer groups in school can be a HUGE influence on personality

Check this out- More than any other factor, self-esteem has a direct effect on all aspects of your health- mental, social, and physical. Most psychologists agree that low self esteem can contribute to many serious health problems. Also, it may contribute to drug use, dropping out of school, becoming pregnant, and suffering from eating disorders.
