Endless Pursuit of Wealth Striving after riches is vanity (Eccl. 2:18-19) No satisfaction there (Eccl. 5:10-11) “Workaholics” neglect their God-given responsibilities toward family – Spouse (Gen. 2:24; Eph. 5:28-29; I Cor. 7:3-5) – Children (Eph. 6:4; Deut. 6:5-7; Prov. 22:6; 29:15) – Home (Titus 2:3-5; Prov. 31:27-29)

Dishonest Business Abomination (Prov. 11:1) Corrupt employers (James 5:1-5) Corrupt employees (Luke 3:12-14) Outcome (Prov. 1:19)
