The Midterm Exam will be on Monday October 5 at 11:30am. You will have a maximum of 65 Minutes for the Exam. This should be plenty of time.

Midterm Examination The Examination will be in THREE Parts: A. Multiple Choice Questions (75 points) B. Essay/Short Answer Questions (25 points) C. Extra Credit (15 points)
A. Multiple Choice Questions There will be 25 of these. Each question will have several possible answers; Sometimes only one answer is correct but sometimes two or more answers may be correct; BUT one answer will ALWAYS be better than the others; So, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE THE BEST ANSWER in each case.
B. Essay/Short Answer Questions There will be 5 of these. Answer all five of them around two paragraphs using your own words. There will be a maximum of 25 points for this section.
C. Essay Question There will be 1 essay question that requires the advanced knowledge in analysing the fundamental issues related to comparative politics. There will be a maximum of 15 points for this section.
