Where can you find the eBinder? The eBinder is available online at the NAPM website Click the “The Procurement Round-UP 2015” link.

Download Adobe Reader The eBinder is a document developed using Adobe PDF. In order to download a copy of the eBinder, your device must have Adobe reader software. The Adobe software is available for “Free” for all devices.
