Co-Pastor What does Co-Pastor mean? Two Pastors share the pulpit, administering of the Sacraments and lead the congregation together as a TEAM, while having specific areas of responsibility they individually oversee. The Co-Pastors share big picture leadership: vision, planning, and general direction while each has areas of specialty in ministry. o Specific areas of responsibility will be reviewed and determined once the new Pastor is identified. o Determined by the Co-Pastors in coordination with the Elders – based on individual skills, passion, experience and projected time frames of service.
