Confidentiality class: Medium (C2) 2 | BU Renewables | Management Kick-off 2014 | Operational Units | 18 March, 2014 Project Development UK – Piers Guy Mission To source and develop new onshore and offshore wind projects, and other renewables, from early stage identification to positive Final Investment Decision (FID). To work closely with external and internal stakeholders to reduce development risk and create technically, environmentally and financially sound projects. Team Role To secure, consult, develop, design, consent and remain responsible for detailed design, procurement and contracting until FID. Beyond FID continue to maintain stakeholder relations, and assist in the discharge of consent conditions as required. To provide new projects and acquisition opportunities to the UK development portfolio through our own GIS, tendering and business development.

Confidentiality class: Medium (C2) 3 | BU Renewables | Management Kick-off 2014 | Operational Units | 18 March, 2014 Project Development Continental – Georg Friedrichs Role Responsible for sourcing and developing new projects (both Onshore and Offshore) from early stage identification of opportunities through to a positive Final Investment Decision. Following FID, the unit will support the execution team as required through the contracting and construction stage to ensure a successful project delivery. Team Mission Identify, contract, develop, design and consent onshore/offshore projects in the Netherlands and Germany. Beyond FID continue to maintain stakeholder relations, assisting in discharge of consent conditions and inputting into procurement and construction if required.

Team Mission My team will focus on safety of the design, construction and exploitation of the plant. If the task cannot be done safely, then we will not carry out the task! Cooperation is key to the success of any project and is based on trust and mutual respect within the team and towards our stakeholders. The aim for every project will be to delivered to our Generation colleagues with the quality that Vattenfall expects. The aim for every project will be to construct on time and within budget. Define the strategy of BU R and identify/solve strategic issues. Enable BU R to develop and implement profitable new businesses for renewable energy and its integration. Deliver fast, pragmatic and in high quality on our tasks. Role Evaluate and further develop/optimize the asset/project portfolio (in close cooperation with the respective OUs/SF). Drive the investment planning and propose prioritization of investments to MT. Secure a smooth implementation of VPMM (PSG/PRB/etc.). Develop the strategic plan of BU R. Scan the regulatory environment and define the BUs lobbying position; analyze its financial consequences. Derive/implement profitable business solutions for system integration of fluctuating renewable energy. Identify growth opportunities within other Renewable energy sources. Interface towards Region/Group in all investment/strategy related issues (i.e. Investment Planning/APD/Strategy/ Environment, etc.).

Confidentiality class: Medium (C2) 8 | BU Renewables | Management Kick-off 2014 | Operational Units | 18 March, 2014 Human Resources (& HSS) – Lamin Faye Role Provides strategic HR, Health, Safety and Security support to ensure fulfilment of business objectives. Coordinates and drive implementation and communication of HSS process principles, concepts, set standards, policies and instructions. Proactively advises and steers the business regarding HR, Health, Safety & Security related organisational and individual implications of strategic business decisions. Is accountable for the fulfilment of business specific HR targets. Manages BU interface regarding delivery of HR services. Team Mission Enable the business to attract, develop and retain employees and managers with the needed competencies and attitudes for the now and the future. Work proactively for a healthy workforce that is able and committed to perform their jobs under as safe and secure conditions as possible. Build a corporate culture based on cooperation, safety, learning and performance led by visible, clear and courageous leaders.

Provide decision support to BU management in the areas of valuation and risk profiles. Lead a LEC reduction initiative across the BU and coordinate cost reduction levers in the business. Team Mission Central hub for all issues concerning the financial value of our projects and operational portfolio. Coordination and driver for all LEC reduction efforts across the BU. Optimise commercial profile and risk of projects and assets through standards and best practice exchange. Support all commercial activities in the business through secondment of experts as well as cross-project commercial specialists.

Confidentiality class: Medium (C2) 10 | BU Renewables | Management Kick-off 2014 | Operational Units | 18 March, 2014 Finance – Anna Pytel Mission Support the Management Team in realization of BU strategy and target achievement through long-term and short-term financial planning and facilitating the transparency of financial performance across BU. Enable the business to make better and more informed decisions based on the right information delivered to right people at the right time in decision-making process. Team Role Responsible for the business planning and reporting process in BU within the corporate framework. Translate Strategic Plans into steering requirements and goals as part of Business Plan. Ensure that plans are viable based on current and future BU financial situation. Act as a business partner to N-2 providing them with detailed and timely analysis and reporting on the financial status of projects, their departments and BU. Design, implement and maintain BU Steering Model supporting target achievement. Ensure stable and predictable financial situation of BU Renewables. Interface towards Region in all finance related issues, including Controlling, Tax, IT.
