WORKFORCE AND EDUCATION Who belongs to ‘the workforce’ in Public Procurement? Lawyers, purchasers (what is a ‘purchaser’?), substance specialists, managers, budget owners, support staff, etc. We found 280 courses, curriculae etc from about 40 different organizations.
