Objective: Part of ‘Graduation Oriented Advising” –Reach out to UCOL students in 4 th semester of attendance to check on progress toward declaring a major: Schedule appointments with those still unsure Schedule appointments with those on probation Provide major declaration procedures to those who are ready Reduce students’ risk of being restricted from courses needed for the major because they have not declared
