Social Media  Social media is any form of media that you and people you may or may not know can contact you, see parts of your life and know where you work, live and even eat.  Social media can be a helpful thing.  It can connect you with friends and co workers.  It can help you to find people that work in your field and help you locate a job.

Social Media  Social media can be used for a good purpose.  Sites like monster.com and linked in can be used to talk with and meet fellow people in your career field.  Facebook can be used as a career website for your company or to help promote your small business.
