The user has been entered already several days ago. The Org Department is now entering the new telephone number in the relevant dialog window. The new telephone number is immediately availble for all users. A few manual data entries are necessary only to enable a fast and effective administration of an employee. All necessary data is available in all connected systems without any errors. Other departments can easily inform themselves about granted access rights and change these if necessary.
