Our peer mentors are trained to listen and support. YOUNG LEADERS! Ready to play! PEER MENTORS Pupils at Pelham learn to take responsibility for each other and to support each other. Peer Mentors and Young Leaders are appointed after applying in writing for the post. Peer Mentors provide support in Key Stage 2, listening to concerns and helping children find support.
