Project Overview Purpose: Complete a Life cycle Assessment and Economic Analysis that quantifies organic diversion alternatives and recycling options on a regional basis in the State of California to optimize GHG emission reductions in the most cost-effective manner while also striving towards zero waste. Develop a Customized California GHG Tool that will provide additional information on GHG emission reductions related to diversion activities. 3
