 3 Reynolds campuses (rural, suburban, downtown—Richmond, VA)  A.S. in Science  Geology classes: physical and historical  1 full-time, 2 continuing adjunct faculty  students in geology courses per semester  1-2 students per year express interest in geoscience major  Transfer institutions: Virginia Commonwealth University, College of William and Mary, Virginia Tech Support for geo transfer students

 Determine levels of student interest  Encourage successful students  Offer one-on-one advising support  Provide introductions to 4YC faculty Emphasis on personal interactions
