OBJECTIVE To introduce new hires and current teammate to the TeamBSA main page, guide them on step by step account login (and first time user sign up) to successfully login to MyHR for benefits enrollment and direct deposit review.

STEP 2 (FTU): ENTER YOUR UNIVERSAL ID (UID), CLICK SUBMIT.

Enter your UID Initial Password: (bf + YEAR of your hire date + last 4 of your SSN). New User Name (customary to leave this as your UID) New Password Confirm Password re-entry Click Register User Name and Password

STEP 2: ENTER YOUR UID AND PASSWORD, CLICK “LOG ON”

STEP 3: THE TEAMBSA MAIN PAGE WILL DISPLAY, CLICK ON THE LOGO

STEP 4: SUCCESS! YOU’VE MADE IT TO THE MYHR PAGE!

STEP 5: UTILIZE THE “HOME” TABS TO ACCESS BENEFITS, PAY & TIME OFF, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND MUCH MORE!

STEP 6: UTILIZE THE “HOME” TABS TO ACCESS BENEFITS BY HOLDING YOUR CURSOR OVER THE BENEFITS TAB THEN CLICKING ON YOUR TOPIC OF CHOICE.

STEP 7: UTILIZE THE “HOME” TABS TO ACCESS PAY & TIME OFF BY HOLDING YOUR CURSOR OVER THE BENEFITS TAB THEN CLICKING ON YOUR TOPIC OF CHOICE.

STEP 8: WANT TO SEE A LIST OF WHAT IS AVAILABLE? UTILIZE THE “HOME” TABS TO SELECT “SITE MAP.”

STEP 9: WANT TO SEARCH FOR 1 TOPIC? USE THE SEARCH BOX, CLICK IN THE BOX AND TYPE IN YOUR TOPIC.
